Can I exchange an outfit if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, you are allowed up to 7 days to exchange an item if the item does not fit. Please email us immediately to make sure we have the product of your size in stock.

What happens if I lost my exchange form or if it was not in my order when I received it?
No, biggy! Please do not hesitate to contact us right away by calling or sending us an email so we are able to send you a new exchange form to you by email. Emailing it is much faster for you to receive the form. Please understand that once you receive the form through email you must print it out.
Will my points ever expire?
No way, your points will never expire. Your points are there for you until you’ve reached up to 25 points for you to spend on your next purchase. 25 points=$10 off coupon posted in your whatever rewards account.
What do I do if I received a damage/defected item?
Please contact us as soon as possible by sending us an email about the product if this happens, itsawhatever.com will fix the issue to satisfy you. We recommend sending us clear photos of the damaged/defected product to our email.
Can I combine coupons or discounts with my order?
No, unfortunately combining more than one coupon or discount with your order will not work. Only one coupon per transaction is allowed.
Will coupons work on every item?
Coupons will only work on items at regular priced. Sales items will already be discounted.
Am I able to cancel my order after purchase?
Yes you may, if you made a mistake or changed your mind, please contact us right away so we can assist you with your order. Please be able to provide us with your order number.
How fast is the exchange process?
Once we receive your exchanged item, please allow up to 3-5 business days if item is in stock. If item is not in stock allow up to 7-9 business days for your order.
Do I have to pay postage for exchanging?
Yes, you are responsible for the postage fees.
